10 days Refund Policy
 

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund for your subscription.
To be eligible for a refund, you must report your issue with us via email (info@digizolutions.com) or Livechat to the agents hosted by Digizol Solutions website.
We do not refund for any technical issues happening at your (customer end) including internet outage, service not working from your end, etc.


To comply with a refund, you must submit the transaction reference from the registered email ID only. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

 

Late or missing refunds
 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
